LTI is pleased to announce two significant additions to its executive leadership team as part of the company’s continued growth and commitment to innovation: Donna Forsyth has been named Chief Financial Officer, and John Davis has joined as Vice President, Product Development.

Donna Forsyth, Chief Financial Officer, brings more than three decades of accounting and financial leadership to LTI. Forsyth earned her BBA in Marketing Management from Clayton State University and became a CPA licensed in Georgia in 1998. Her career includes leadership roles at Roy V. Hall, CPA, Fulton & Kozak CPAs, and her own firm, Donna W. Forsyth, CPA, where she managed comprehensive accounting, audit, tax, payroll, and CFO services. Forsyth worked closely with LTI as a contractor from 2001 through 2023, providing accounting and financial reporting support.

“LTI has benefited from Donna’s expertise and partnership for more than two decades,” said Barbara Casey Lane, LTI’s CEO and Chairman of the Board. “Her deep familiarity with our business makes her ideally suited to guide our financial vision and ensure our continued success.” “I have missed being a part of the LTI family, and I’m looking forward to working with everyone again,” added Forsyth.

Outside the office, Forsyth is a classic car enthusiast and enjoys time in the gym and doing anything outdoors.

John Davis, Vice President of Product Development, brings over 30 years of experience spanning product development, engineering, marketing, and operations. In his new role, Davis will lead the company’s product strategy and innovation initiatives. His leadership background includes senior roles at Arneg USA, ITW Corporation (Hobart & Traulsen Refrigeration), and Dover Corporation (Unified Brands). Most recently, he served as President of Davis Business Coaching, where he guided small community businesses through growth and strategic development. In 2025, Davis collaborated with LTI as a consultant, contributing research and analytical expertise to key projects.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University, an MBA in Operations Management from Wright State University, and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from Tulane University, Davis combines technical expertise with a strong business acumen.

“LTI has built its reputation on craftsmanship, quality and innovation” said Barbara Casey Lane, LTI’s CEO and Chairman of the Board. “John’s extensive background and dynamic leadership will strengthen our product development capabilities and support our mission to deliver industry-leading solutions.” “I’m happy to be joining LTI to work alongside everyone already there to keep building and growing this great family-oriented company,” added Davis.

Davis is passionate about developing high-performing teams, including outside the office through years of coaching elite-level softball.
