LTI Spotlights Three Outstanding Rep Groups for Exceptional Performance

LTI has awarded three rep groups for stellar achievements in 2023. The honorees include Scott Murphy with Southern Food Equipment Reps, recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award, Helix Solutions Group, awarded Rep Group of the Year, and Kaufmann & Associates, receiving the Triple Crown Award.

Recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award, Scott Murphy with Southern Food Equipment Reps, has represented LTI for more than 32 years. “Scott has been a constant positive representation of LTI in his territory for over three decades. The quality of service and commitment he demonstrates to LTI exemplifies a true partnership”, said Barbara Casey Lane, LTI’s CEO & Chairman of the Board. Scott expressed gratitude for the recognition in a heartfelt speech stating, “I am deeply honored for the surprise you gave me today, and I will cherish this trophy forever. I love working with you and consider you all part of my family.” Southern Food Equipment Reps represents LTI in MAFSI Region 11, which includes NC and SC.

 

Helix Solutions Group was awarded Rep Group of the Year Award for highest total sales in 2023, after a second-place finish in 2022. This marks the third time Helix has received this award in only their fifth year of existence. “We are thankful that Helix is our representative and admire the dedication and professionalism that has brought them to such heights” said Johnnie Merchant, vice president of sales and marketing. “As leaders in the foodservice industry, they continue to set high standards for representation, making them a valued and trusted partner. Great work, Adam, Angie, Greg, Neal and Steve!,” added Merchant. Helix Solutions Group represents LTI in MAFSI Region 7, which includes IN, KY, MI, OH and WVA.

Additionally, Kaufmann & Associates proudly received the Triple Crown Award in recognition of their outstanding performance across various categories. Kaufmann & Associates demonstrated an intense focus and commitment to LTI by spending more time in the field developing business than any other rep group. Because of this dedication to the LTI brand, they were awarded the inaugural Triple Crown Award for highest percentage YOY sales increase, most design and development projects executed and highest percentage close rate. “This prestigious honor signifies their excellence in sales, service, and overall representation of our company,” said Merchant. Kaufmann & Associates represents LTI in MAFSI Regions 3, Metro NY, and 4, which includes southern NJ, eastern PA and DE.
