LTI Promotes Brent Myers to Vice President of Human Resources
Low Temp Industries (LTI), Inc., a leading manufacturer and designer of modular and custom serving counters, fabrication, and advanced serving technologies, recently announced the promotion of Brent Myers to vice president of human resources. Myers joined LTI in 2018 and will couple his extensive knowledge of human resources and collaborative style with keen leadership skills.
“We are so pleased to announce Brent’s promotion,” said Barbara Casey Lane, president of LTI. “He has demonstrated his ability to lead and is very deserving of this new role with LTI.”
Myers brings 35 years of experience in leading and developing programs to support strategic initiatives in employee retention, talent acquisition and human resource process automation, and is a proven asset to the LTI organization. With additional experience in manufacturing with glass fabrication, metal forming, automotive OEM, temperature control and food serving equipment industries, his extensive knowledge base spans healthcare, retail and business process outsourcing companies.
Myers earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and is trained in project management and lean manufacturing.
