LTI Presents Innovative Solutions Session in Orlando

January 22-24, 2017, operators and industry partners joined together at SNA’s School Nutrition Industry Conference (SNIC) in Orlando, FL. More than 500 attendees of the conference explored the theme, “imagination + knowledge = INNOVATION” as it related to school nutrition and foodservice.

LTI hosted a one-hour Innovative Solution Session where we shared how our innovative products are designed to improve the success of school nutrition programs. Attendees learned about the hottest trends and designs in retail foodservice and how they can incorporate LTI’s quick-serve concepts into their school. Mike Purcell – VP, Sales & Marketing, LTI, Willis Smith – Education Sales Specialist, LTI, Corporate Chef Jeffrey Parker and Lauren Jones – Director of Food & Nutrition Services, Nassau County School District enjoyed sharing their experience, lessons learned and tips on how to create the entire retail experience using serving counters, serving technologies and on-trend concepts. They presented how recipes and procedures, along with interior decor, menus and seating can help transform school serving areas into a complete retail dining experience.
