LTI Participates in Legislative Action Conference

Willis Smith, LTI’s Education Sales Specialist, along with many others, “Charged the (Capitol) Hill” this week in support of healthy, affordable school nutrition programs at the Legislative Action Conference (LAC). It was a great opportunity to meet and interact with several representatives, including Congressman Drew Ferguson (shown above). Participants were able to personally visit with Federal lawmakers to hear from them as well as educate them about the importance of school meals. This was the 45^th annual School Nutrition Association’s LAC and had 900+ school nutrition professionals in attendance. Learn more.
