LTI’s Barbara Casey Lane Named 2025 Businesswoman of the Year by Clayton County Chamber of Commerce

LTI is pleased to announce that CEO and Chairman of the Board Barbara Casey Lane was named the Businesswoman of the Year by the Clayton County Chamber of Commerce.
“It’s such an honor to receive this award, because we see our company as a citizen of the community,” said Casey Lane, who leads LTI as a third-generation, woman-owned manufacturer. “I want to give a huge thank you to the Chamber of Commerce and all the work they do to support the female leaders in our community.”
The award recognizes exceptional leadership, dedication to business excellence, and meaningful contributions to the Clayton County community. It was presented by the Clayton County Chamber of Commerce at the annual Women in Business Luncheon on May 16. Casey Lane serves on the Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors and is involved in its outreach efforts.
“We are proud to recognize the lasting impact LTI has made in Clayton County under Barbara’s leadership,” said Valencia Williamson, President and CEO of the Clayton County Chamber of Commerce. “Their long-standing presence reflects a deep commitment to our community’s growth and success.”
With expertise in business operations — including product development, market strategy, and leadership development — Casey Lane has driven improvements that have advanced LTI’s responsiveness and production efficiency, resulting in stronger customer support.
“There is a minister and author who has influenced me by the name of John Perkins,” said Casey Lane. “He emphasizes that integrating compassion, empathy, and protecting basic human rights is foundational to a thriving community. As a business owner in the community, I recognize how important it is to embrace this and to bring good jobs, create commerce, and care for those in our midst along the way.”
