LTI Hosts FCSI Food Serving Solutions Summit
LTI was honored to host a Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) Educator Provider Program on October 7-8, 2024, at its headquarters in Jonesboro, GA.
The food serving solutions summit covered a variety of topics, including The Future of Smart Kitchens, led by Shawn McElyea of Renau Corporation. Other informative sessions included Global Warming Potential 150 Mandate, UL and NSF listings, alternative counter surface materials and an analysis of the steel market presented by Mike Kiewert of Specialty Rolled Metals. The day also included an LTI factory and R&D tour and education on proper welding techniques. FCSI consultants in attendance received continuing education credits.
“LTI has been a partner and supporter of FCSI for many years. It is very important for us to do our part by offering high-quality, relevant education to consultant members,” said Barbara Casey Lane, CEO & Chairman of the Board, LTI.
In addition to the summit, consultants enjoyed a tour of Trilith Studios in Fayetteville. Trilith is one of the world’s largest film studios and has been used to produce many films and television programs, particularly those produced by Marvel Studios.
