LTI participated in the Georgia School Nutrition Association (GSNA) Annual Conference April 17-18, 2026, in Jekyll Island, GA. The booth, decorated in gold and silver in celebration of GSNA’s 75th anniversary, was situated in the heart of the exhibit hall. As part of the festivities, foodservice professionals were invited to enter a drawing to win a beautiful mobile cart.

Amongst the 202 entries, David Seagle, Director of School Nutrition for Oconee County School District, was selected. Seagle designated the mobile cart to Oconee County Middle School as a way to help increase participation among students. LTI’s Audrey Pearson and Autumn Davis along with Warren Goldsmith and Lorin Pirani with Premier Foodservice Group traveled to Watkinsville to deliver the cart to the staff.

At LTI, every delivery represents more than just equipment – it is a way to support our local schools in their mission to serve nutritious meals to students and staff.

School environments are fast-paced, and even one single piece of equipment can make a meaningful difference. This cart was designed to do just that – help increase student participation among students while offering another point of service.

“We were pleased to deliver the cart to this school, helping support the staff’s efforts to feed students efficiently and effectively,” said Audrey Pearson, LTI’s Brand Ambassador.
