Fletcher Middle School Purchases Sleek Stainless Steel Serving Lines and Food Court Structures
LTI has been taking on increasingly more complete renovation projects using higher-end custom equipment, and it continues to evolve.
In early February, Lou Dellaporta with Eaton Marketing, received a call from Duval County Schools (Jacksonville, FL) requesting that we finish the design, draw, build and install three custom food court structures at a middle school in dire need of a rescue by March 22. Up for the challenge, we blended their current layout and flow with newer state-of-the-art serving technologies and décor. We utilized columns, soffits and signage created by our in-house design team to nail the look they wanted. The team had fun finding creative ways to accentuate their school spirit, while weaving in a beachside theme. This was truly a group effort that resulted in a beautifully-renovated cafeteria. Alonza Anderson with Duval County was very pleased with the quick turnaround and the end result. In a message to us, he says “Fletcher looks great! Thanks to everyone at LTI for making this happen over spring break on such short notice. I appreciate all efforts on this project for the benefit of our students.”
