LTI Welcomes Western Regional Sales Director, Alicia Bowen
LTI is thrilled to welcome Alicia Bowen as Western Regional Sales Director. In this role, Alicia will lead our representative groups and play a key role in expanding brand awareness throughout the western region. With over a decade of experience in the foodservice industry, Alicia brings a wealth of knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm that will be a tremendous asset to our team.
Alicia joins us from Food Service Holdings/BSI in Denver, where she served as Western Regional Sales Manager. There, she led a robust sales and business development team of 50 employees across the U.S. and Canada. Her deep involvement in the industry—attending tradeshows, events, and engaging directly with clients—demonstrates her dedication to building strong, lasting relationships and driving meaningful results.
Her journey in foodservice began in 2014 at Forbes Hever and Wallace as an Outside Sales Rep, where she made an immediate impact by developing and growing business through strategic sales efforts in the South Texas market.

A proud graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy, Alicia also holds an MBA from Howard Payne University. She currently lives in San Antonio with her husband and their son.
