LTI Promotes Willis Smith to Director of Educational Sales

LTI, Inc., a leading manufacturer and designer of modular and custom food serving counters, fabrication and serving technologies, recently announced the promotion of Willis Smith to director of educational sales. Smith has been with the LTI organization since 2007 when he joined as a VisionDesign project manager. He is transitioning from his current role as an education sales specialist, where he was instrumental in enhancing the impact of LTI’s VisionDesign décor services.

“We are very pleased to announce the promotion of Willis to our director of educational sales,” said Mike Purcell, vice president of sales. “His outstanding success in growing our VisionDesign product has paved the way for LTI to dedicate further resources to the expansion of this valuable service.” Willis will now be responsible for developing all serving counter and décor business through LTI’s representative organizations focusing on the education segments.

LTI’s VisionDesign interior design service provides consultation and turnkey creations to enhance dining spaces. Packages offer an array of options, including paint, signage and other accessories that are proven to increase customer participation.

Smith is a graduate of Georgia State University and previously worked for Delta Air Lines. He recently was named “2022 Employee of the Year” within the LTI organization.
