LTI’s recent Cafeteria Rescue included new mascot signage, designer wall painting, furniture, and serving counters.  The Nutrition director Ivey McLendon asked LTI to create a fun cafeteria environment where the students can Eat and Learn.  Ivey said  “Everyone has loved everything about the new cafeteria!!”
