Fast growing, high performing executive team is looking for an HR Director/VP Human Resources/HR Manager to join the team as “Chief People Officer” and family partner.

LTI, Inc. an Atlanta based family business, is one of the country’s leading innovators and manufacturers of custom food service equipment and décor.  LTI is celebrating 70 years, currently lead by the 3rd generation and growing strong with our 9th expansion; a newly constructed headquarters facility to open in early 2018.

HR Director/ VP Human Resources/HR Manager

  • Supporting, developing, and implementing strategic talent acquisition initiatives for the organization; 5 and 10 year objectives
  • Partnering with senior leadership and middle management to assess strategic staffing, management, and leadership needs
  • Developing, training and supporting management and existing recruiting staff in talent acquisition strategies, systems, and processes
  • Interpretation and implementation of labor laws
  • A “Development” mindset
  • 10 + years HR Management, with 5 years’ minimum in a leadership role
